Willowe Child Safety Standards

Willowe · Effective date: August 27, 2026 · Official legal text is in English.

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Willowe mobile application ("Willowe" / "App"), operated by Andrei Yesipionak, Republic of Belarus. They are published to comply with Google Play Child Safety Standards for dating and social apps and to make our zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) publicly clear.

1. Scope and age restriction

Willowe is a dating and social networking app for adults only (18+). Users must be at least 18 years old (or older if local law requires a higher age). We do not knowingly allow children to create or keep accounts. Underage accounts are removed when discovered.

2. Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

Willowe strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form (images, video, audio, text, links).
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexualisation of minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing content that depicts or involves anyone under 18 in a sexual context.
• Any attempt to use Willowe to facilitate CSAE offline or online.

Violations may result in immediate content removal, permanent account ban, and reporting to competent authorities where required by law.

3. In-app reporting and user feedback

Users can raise safety concerns without leaving the App:

• Report and Block tools in chats and user interactions.
• In-app support / feedback channels in Settings (or equivalent profile settings).
• Email: willoweappsupport@gmail.com
• Phone: +375447288673

We review reports and take action consistent with these Standards and applicable law.

4. Handling CSAM after actual knowledge

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or clear CSAE on Willowe, we take appropriate action as soon as reasonably practicable, including:

• Removing or disabling access to the content.
• Restricting, suspending, or permanently banning the responsible account(s).
• Preserving records as needed for investigation and legal compliance.
• Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional authority where required by applicable law.

We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities regarding child safety.

5. Compliance with child safety laws

Willowe complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations relevant to our operation as a dating/social service, including processes to address CSAM and to respond to notices from platforms and authorities. These Standards may be updated as laws and store requirements evolve.
