Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Willowe mobile application ("App"), operated by Andrei Yesipionak, Republic of Belarus ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
Willowe is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority required in your country or region) to create an account or use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to be underage.
3. Your Account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your age.
• You must promptly notify us at willoweappsupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may delete your account at any time from the App Settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or harm any user.
• Post or share content that is offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, or otherwise unlawful.
• Create, upload, share, solicit, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or age.
• Use the App for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Facilitate or engage in any illegal activity through the App.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
5. Child Safety Standards
Willowe maintains published Child Safety Standards that prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The full standards are available at:

In summary:
• Willowe is 18+ only; underage accounts are removed.
• CSAE/CSAM is strictly prohibited and results in removal of content and account action (including permanent ban) where appropriate.
• Users can report concerns in-app (Report / Block) and contact support.
• When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we take appropriate action to remove it and, where required by applicable law, report it to the relevant authority (for example NCMEC or the competent regional authority).

6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profile information). By posting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not include CSAE/CSAM.
7. Location Services
The App uses your GPS location to show you nearby users. Location data is stored on our servers and updated periodically. You may revoke location permission at any time via your device settings, but this may limit certain features of the App.
8. Identity Verification
We offer an optional identity verification feature. A selfie you take during verification is used solely to confirm you are a real person and is deleted after review. Verified status is displayed on your profile.
9. Subscriptions (Willowe Premium)
Willowe offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Willowe Premium (monthly and annual plans). Premium unlocks certain in-app features as described in the App at the time of purchase.
• Billing — all payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us directly. By subscribing you also agree to the applicable store terms.
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Price — the price shown in the App at purchase applies. Store prices may vary by region and are subject to change; you will be notified of price changes where required by the store.
• Manage or cancel — open your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings to view, change, or cancel your subscription. Deleting the App does not cancel billing.
• Refunds — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Contact us at willoweappsupport@gmail.com if you need help locating store settings.
• Access — premium access is tied to your Willowe account after successful store verification. If you delete your Willowe account, premium access ends when the account is deleted.
• Changes — we may modify, add, or remove premium features; material changes will be communicated in the App where practicable.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including its design, code, trademarks, and content produced by us, belong to Andrei Yesipionak or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our intellectual property other than as necessary to use the App.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that matches made through the App will meet your expectations or lead to any particular outcome. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, online or offline.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or €50 if no payments were made).
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Belarus, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
